A microdermabrasion facial is a non invasive facial procedure that exfoliates the skin to remove dead skin cells and promote the generation of new skin cells. This facial will help improve the appearance of the skin by reducing fine lines, wrinkles, minor scars, age spots and other skin imperfections. This facial treatment will also stimulate collagen production, which can result in a firmer, more youthful looking skin.

The microdermabrasion facial process begins with a thorough cleansing of the skin to remove make up, oils and impurities using the ultrasonic skin scrubber. Once the skin is prepped a diamond-tipped wand is used to gently exfoliate the outermost layer of the skin to remove the dead skin cells. The process is typically accompanied by a stimultaneous vacuum suction that removes the exfoliated particles and debris from the skin. A caviar liquid mask is applied to sooth the skin, before LED light therapy is used. The entire procedure is painless, with minimal downtime, there may be slight redness immediately afterwards but you can resume normal activity. 

To ensure the best results and avoid irritation, please refrain from using any active ingredients for 3 days before your facial. Active ingredients include retinol, salicylic acid, glycolic acid and vitamin C serum. It is recommended to use a gentle cleanser and a gentle moisturiser during this period.
