Low levels of Vitamin B12 can be caused by diet. With B12 mainly found in meat, eggs, milk, fish, vegans and vegetarians can be found to be deficient. Vitamin Deficiency Anaemia is a lack of healthy red blood cells caused by lower than usual amounts of Vitamin B12. This can happen if you don't eat enough foods containing Vitamin B12 or if your body has trouble absorbing or processing the vitamin.
